Highly recommend!  Ian does regularly scheduled treatments for us and goes a great job!  Thats not why I’m giving him 5 stars though.

We discovered rat poop in the trunk of my car, which is stored in the garage and anticipated it would require costly treatment of the entire building.  Ian came out on the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend.  He discovered the entry point at our garage, filled the gap with wire mesh, instructed my husband on how to seal that and another potential entry point, suggested we place a sticky pad with peanut butter to monitor for any activity, and call with future issues.  He charged us $75 for a service call.
